Food yummies

I have decided that I truly enjoy Greek food. I just made a variation of hummus with white kidney beans and had to stop myself from eating the whole batch. If you have a favorite Greek recipe please point me to it. I can't do alot of crunchy but the flavors are phenomenal. I have loved dolmas for a long time but I am interested in learning more about the entire range of Mediterranean food types now. My hunny took me to a fabulous restaurant over this past weekend and I am still enjoying the flavors in my head.

Oh, me too. I adore Greek food, especially in the summer, with all the fresh tomatoes and cucumbers in season. Cook's Illustrated has a great recipe for creamy hummus. You start with the chickpeas and process them in the food processor alone until you've broken down the skins completely and they're totally creamy.

Hmmm, I think I know what we're having for dinner tonight.
